As discussed, we will provide contract documents (construction drawings and specifications) in accordance with our original proposal for replacement of additional sewer and water facilities as follows: 1. Replacement of 350± LF of 8" sewer including reconditioning three manholes along Laurel Street between 8hStreet east of the railroad tracks to Miller Drive (Manhole No. 6-64 to 6-66). 2. Replacement of the existing 24" concrete waterline in Citrus Street from Pennsylvania Avenue to 8'hStreet, west of the railroad tracks (1,500± LF). In addition, we will determine if a smaller pipe diameter is adequate. 3. Replacement of the existing 8" waterline in Laurel Street between the existing pressure reducing valve east of the railroad tracks to Bordwell Avenue (1,400± LF). In addition, we will evaluate (by operation of the City's hydraulic computer model) if replacement of the existing 6" waterline in Olive Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and La Cadena Drive (1,500± LF) is warranted. We understand said waterline is not currently a maintenance problem, but the City will consider replacing it along with the other pipelines if it is undersized. Our estimated fees for providing the services described above are indicated separately for sewer and water on attached Tables 1 and 2. We will complete our services in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our original proposal; however, we will require a time extension from the current completion date of September 13, 1999 to September 30, 1999.
