FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Due to a vacancy in the Information Systems Department there exists salary and <br />benefit savings of $13,700 in accounts 605-6040-6044-1010 (salaries) and 605- <br />6040-6044-1100 (benefits). Finance will transfer the said savings to the <br />professional services account (605-6040-6044-2350) to supplement dollars <br />budgeted in this account for professional services to cover this cost. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that Council approval an agreement with CES LANDTEC in <br />an amount not to exceed $25,000. <br />Agreement/CES LANDTEC <br />Pj <br />
