City of Colton <br />Agenda Report <br />Council Meeting of April 4, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is no fiscal impact as a result of the execution of the notice of completion. The <br />notice merely permits the City to release the final retention payment to the contractor <br />upon the expiration of the thirty-five day period. Funds for the payment of the final <br />retention are available in the established project budget and have been appropriately <br />encumbered. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the execution of the Notice of <br />Completion in favor of C.P. Construction for the Randall Avenue Storm Drain and the <br />Pepper Avenue Widening projects. <br />Attachments <br />
