DATE: January 24, 2000 Background At the December 7, 1999 Agency Board meeting, the Santa Ana River Citizens Advisory Committee, (the "Committee"), presented its recommendations on how approximately $2.4 million of available bond proceeds should be used in the Santa Ana River Project Area. The final cost breakdown of the projects recommended for funding by the Committee is attached to the staff report as Exhibit "A", and is summarized as follows: 1. Improvements to Dauer Park 2.
