22. Contract Evaluation and Review <br />The ongoing assessment and monitoring of this Agreement is <br />the responsibility of the City Manager or his or her <br />designee. <br />23. Termination <br />Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving written <br />notice at least five (5) days prior to the effective <br />termination date in the written notice. <br />24.
