EXHIBIT A <br />The Consultant, Ralph E. Hitchcock and Associates, shall provide <br />the following to the City of Colton: <br />Services <br />1. Respond to City questions via telephone or otherwise <br />regarding electric power resource matters. <br />2. Attend and participate in power resource related meetings at <br />the City's request. <br />3. Provide coordination of engineering services for the <br />development of power resource options for industrial projects <br />in and around the City of Colton. <br />4. Provide assistance with the installation of a cogeneration <br />facility at the City's Community Center. <br />S. Arrange inspection tours of existing facilities similar to <br />those under consideration by the City. <br />6. Assist the City in regulatory proceedings pertaining to power <br />resources and power transmission service. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Written engineering economic analysis of a minimum of three <br />industrial project options. <br />2. PowerPoint presentations for each of the above analyses. <br />3. Ancillary services strategy paper and analysis. <br />4. Specialized reports as may be agreed upon by the parties. <br />The City recognizes its sole responsibility for the interpretation <br />and use of the information provided by the Consultant under this <br />agreement, and hereby holds the Consultant harmless for any direct <br />and/or consequential damages resulting from the City's <br />interpretation and use of the information. <br />
