will allow Colton's new SC to coordinate any issues that may arise between the parties under the <br />agreement. SETC will prepare statements in July 2000 showing AUN's activity in June 2000. <br />During the Transition Period, SETC also agrees to provide Colton reasonable assistance with respect to <br />questions Colton may have concerning the information SETC previously had provided Colton while SETC <br />was Colton's SC (including, but not limited, to the currently ongoing SCE ancillary services audit). <br />For these services, SETC proposes that a transition fee of $10,000 per month be paid by Colton during the <br />Transition Period only.
