Yesterday, the <br />City Council deadlocked on making an appointment so the Members continued the item to <br />March 7, 2000 and directed staff to prepare documents for the calling of a Special Municipal <br />Election. I am preparing those documents. <br />City Clerk Barrera recalled that you had "conducted" a special election for the City of San <br />Bernardino, last year, so she asked me to contact you. If the City of Colton contracts with ROV <br />to "conduct" the election for the City, what specific services will ROV provide and what will it <br />cost the City for these services? <br />I am preparing a report and would like to include your written response.
