Once the <br />es would generate <br />currently does not <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />Staff determined that the project would not have significant environmental impacts since the <br />proposed project would be locating into an existing developed commercial/retail location, and would <br />have a significantly lower traffic volume than the previous site occupant (K -mart). <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the applicant's appeal, and adopt the attached <br />Resolution overturning the Planning Commission's denial of the Conditional Use Permit for File Index <br />Number DC -69-99.
