Prepare and recommend to the Council revisions and amendments to the personnel rules. <br />2 The City Attorney shall approve the legality of such revisions and amendments prior to their <br />3 submission to the Council. <br />4 d. (See 2.03.020 of the Colton Municipal Code) <br />17 <br />is <br />SECTION 5: MEETINGS <br />19 <br />20 'Me Civil Service Board shall hold meetings at such time and place within the City as shall be designated <br />2 1 by the Chairman of the Board. Any regular meeting may be adjourned to a time certain and to a place <br />22 designated by the Chairman. In addition, the Board may hold special meetings upon the call of the <br />23 Chairman or any four members of the Board. Four members of the Board shall constitute a quorurn for <br />24 the transaction of business.
