City of Colton <br />Agenda Report <br />Council Meeting of May 16, 2000 <br />Page 3 <br />Amend Section 16.58.040; Standards for Determining Dedication, by adding subsection <br />F, to include a provision for recovering future park improvement costs at the 50% level <br />and Section 16.58.050, Fees In -Lieu of Dedication, to include a provision for the same. <br />The language will read as follows: Park development surveys indicate a development <br />cost of $110,816 per acre for improvements. The acreage applies to 78 acres of new <br />parkland, for a cost of $8,643,648, or $4,321,824 at the recommended and approved <br />50% recovery level. <br />Attachments <br />
