R - 38-00 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE FY99-00 BUDGET TO ALLOCATE FUNDING FOR SEWER <br />LINE REPLACEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an operating budget for the City of Colton on <br />June 30, 1999 (the Budget); and <br />WHEREAS, an amendment to the 1999-00 budget is deemed necessary. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby resolves as follows: <br />SECTION 1: The Budget is hereby amended to allocate $335,886 for Sewer Line <br />Replacements. <br />SECTION 2: With regard to revenue sources for funding of the additional allocation for <br />Sewer Capital Improvements set forth in Section 1 hereof, the following budget amendments <br />are adopted: <br />1. The Sewer Retained Earnings is hereby decreased in the amount of <br />$335,886 <br />2. The Sewer Line Replacements Capital improvement amount is hereby <br />increased in the amount of $335,886 <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
