License/Certificate: <br />Possession of a current Pediatric Cardio -Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Pediatric Standard First Aid certificate. <br />Possession of a valid California driver's license, class C. <br />KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILLS: <br />Knowledge of: <br />Principles and procedures of Child Care management or management of other children or youth programs; procedures <br />and techniques of budget preparation and administration. <br />Leadership, motivation and educational techniques. <br />California Department of Social Services, Community Child Care licensing regulations (title 22). <br />California Department of Education Community Child Care licensing regulations (title 5). <br />Child Care and Development block grant regulations. <br />Compilation of fiscal and program reports. <br />Other title 22 or title 5 regulations <br />Child Care or related program development and expansion. <br />Computer experience in a Child Care or child related non-profit setting. <br />Ability to: <br />Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. <br />Design, develop and implement programs to meet the Child Care service needs of the community.
