11 <br />.1-: Ali.ti. .if_s,�:'l�.,1:041 1i..�e 1 <br />.�c.rsr <br />Amendment to Agreement between <br />All City Management Services, Inc. and the City of Colton <br />for providing School Crossing Guard Services <br />The City of Colton hereinafter referred to as the "City", and All City Management <br />Services, Inc., located at 1749 S. La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90035, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Contractor", mutually agree to amend the existing Agreement entered <br />into on August 16, 1994 as follows: <br />Item #1 The City and the Contractor agree to extend the term of this <br />Agreement for the 2001-2002 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001 thru <br />June 30, 2002. <br />2. Item #17 The City agrees to pay Contractor for services rendered pursuant to <br />the Agreement the sum of Eleven Dollars and Sixteen Cents, ($11.16) <br />per hour of guard service provided. It is understood that the cost of <br />providing five -thousand, five -hundred and seventy-eight (5,578) hours <br />of service shall not exceed Sixty -Two Thousand Two -Hundred and <br />Fifty -Five Dollars, ($62,255.00). <br />3.
