r r ALL C �l<�, v, FENT SERVICES, INC. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLTON AND ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES IS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 16 day of Aug, 199 by and between CITY OF COLTON, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called the "City", and ALL �2ITY MANAGEMENT SERVIrES, INC., hereinafter called the "Contractor WITNESSETH e parties hereto have mutually covenanted and agreed as follows: This Agreement is for a period of time which commences sept. 1, 1994• and ends on Aug. 31, 1995 and for such term thereafter as the parties may agree upon. The Contractor is an independent contractor and the guards to be furnished by it shall at all times be its employees and not those of the City. The City's representative in dealing with the contractor shall be ',tv Manager or such person as the City Manager may designate If, at any time during the contract period, the City questions the n any item of this Agreement, the City shall contact the Contractor fur interpretation of that item. The City shall have the right to determine the hours and locations when ar-o where guards shall be furnished by the Contractor. The contractor shall qc; the City in writing of any changes which may need occur in hours of work or locations. The City further has the power to add to, delete from, or revise t,., - work schedule/locations at any time. The Contractor shall provide supervisory personnel to see that guard activaie•a. are taking place at the required places and times in accordance with all item: of this Agreement.
