R-112-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON PROVIDING FOR A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF REPLACEMENT TILE ON THE <br />COLTON COMMUNITY CENTER POOL <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Community Center pool is in great need of new tile to replace <br />broken and worn tile, and <br />WHEREAS, the City does not have the expertise and/or manpower available to <br />complete this scope of work, and <br />WHEREAS, informal bids have been solicited, and indicate that this project will cost <br />up to $10,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON: <br />SECTION 1. Accept an additional $10,000 for installation of tile at the Community <br />Center pool, amending the adopted FY 2001 — 2002 budget. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
