No former official, officer or employee of the city shall, for compensatic <br />be employed, hired, retained or otherwise enter into a contractual relations) <br />with the city for a period of two (2) year(s) after the termination of employment <br />term of office. <br />B. No provision contained in this section shall prevent a city employee <br />immediately transitioning from an employment relationship to a contra <br />consulting relationship with the city. For purpose of this subsection B, the <br />"immediately" shall mean no more than thirty (30) days. <br />2.10.020 Representation by former city officials, officers and <br />before city. <br />A. No former official, officer or employee of the city, for a period of two (2 <br />year(s) after termination of employment or term of office, shall, for compensation <br />act as agent or attorney for, or otherwise represent, any other person or entity b�. <br />
