No provision contained in this section shall prevent any former offs( <br />officer or employee of the city from representing solely himself or herself, or <br />member of his or her immediate family, in their individual capacities, <br />connection with any matter pending before the city. <br />C. This section shall not apply to the activities of any former official, officer of <br />employee of the city who is an elected or appointed officer or employee of any <br />city, county, district, multi -jurisdictional, state or federal government agency <br />when that former official, officer or employee of the city is solely representing that <br />agency in his or her official capacity as an officer or employee of the agency." <br />SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after <br />adoption in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance anc <br />cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after <br />adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Colton <br />California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
