E. Pay all undisputed service invoices within 30 days of receipt. All disputed service invoices will be reported to the Service Company within 25 days of receipt. ARTICLE IV The Client agrees to pay Carl Warren and Company fees based on the following: Claims Management Services Is` Year $28,800 (Payable Monthly $2,400) 2nd Year $28,800 (Payable Monthly $2,400) 3`d Year $28,800 (Payable Monthly $2,400) Field Investigation Services Time and Expense Schedule Investigative Services $65.00 per hour Mileage $ .40 per mile Photos $ 2.00 per photo In addition to the above service fees, and subject to the "Client's" approval, the Client agrees to pay all allocated loss adjustment expenses as defined below: • fees to attorneys for claims in suit and for representation at hearing or pre-trial conferences; • all court costs, court fees and court expenses; • fees for service of process; • costs of undercover operative and detective services; • costs for employing experts for the preparation of maps, professional photographs, accounting, chemical or physical analysis, diagrams and any other type of expert used in the preparation of litigation and used on a one- time basis to resolve disputes; • costs of legal transcripts of testimony taken at coroner's inquests, criminal or civil proceedings, including court reporter fees; • costs for copies of any public records and medical records; • costs and expenses of subrogation when referred to outside attorneys; • excess expenses incurred on salvaged vehicles, where costs exceed value; • cost of automobile appraisals; • filings with the Index Bureau, NATB, or PILR, or other regulatory filings; • any and all sales or similar taxes to which our services are subject under any and all existing or future tax laws; such taxes are not part of any of the fees quoted herein and are not intended to be a part of any fees for any services
