Recovery of fines regarding vicious and dangerous dogs could defray the cost of <br />implementing the administrative procedure in the proposed ordinance and would have a <br />beneficial financial impact on the City. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt of an Ordinance amending Sections <br />7.08.100 and 7.08.150 of the Colton Municipal Code and adding Chapter 7.10 of Title 7 <br />of the Colton Municipal Code regarding vicious dogs. <br />Report Prepared By: Sonia R.
