In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for loss of money and emotional damage to your daughter as a result of <br />this incident. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />reports and speaking to percipient personnel. Our information indicates you made the <br />decision to leave the team as you could not attend both this function and another activity <br />your daughter was involved. It was clearly indicated your daughter was not kicked off <br />the team, rather you made the choice. We have also received information your <br />daughter's upset was because she did not want to quit the team.
