In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for damages to your vehicle when you encountered a pothole on Riverside <br />Avenue. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The area in which you encountered the pothole is not within <br />the City limits of Colton, but rather in the City of Rialto.
