In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for injuries sustained by your client when she stepped on a cracked meter <br />box located in the parkway. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The area in which your client stepped was in the parkway <br />which is maintained by the homeowner, or tenant o the residence.
