ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are Exempt under section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The original cost estimate for the project was $ 1,143,000.00. City awarded a contract in the <br />amount of $ 698,600.00. With the approval of this change order, the total contract will be <br />$896,230.29.
