DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />The contractor has completed the work, as specified in the contract, meeting and satisfying all <br />requirements. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are Exempt under section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The project is funded by the County of San Bernardino Department of Economic and Community <br />Development (E.C.D.) for this Community Development Block Grant (C.D.B.G.) Project. This is <br />100% reimbursable as advanced by the City and completion by the contractor. The total amount of <br />the construction contract including change orders is $153,577.50. Funds to cover the Change Order <br />are in the Account # 215-7000-7007-3890. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Staff recommends final acceptance of the Colton Museum Restoration C.D.B.G. Project # 104- <br />22212 Project, in the amount of $153,577.50 and request that City Council authorize and accept <br />the Notice of Completion for this project. <br />2.
