Staff will coordinate a free adult reading instructional <br />program for city residents. <br />Sharla Gee, 664 North 7th Street, "Historic Residential Restoration,' <br />$15,000: The applicant is the owner -occupant of City Historic <br />Landmark #50, a historic residential house located at 664 North 7th <br />Street. CDBG funds would be used for various repairs and restoration <br />of her historic dwelling. <br />8. Theresa Rincon, 269 East "D" Street, "Historic Residential <br />Restoration," $30,000: The applicant is the owner -occupant of City <br />Historic Landmark #17, a historic residential house located at 269 East <br />"D" Street. CDBG funds would be used to replace damaged roofing, <br />flooring, exterior paint, and other dwelling repairs. <br />9. Maria Macias, 1077 North 9th Street, "Historic Residential <br />Restoration," $10,000: The applicant is the owner -occupant of City <br />Historic Landmark #22, a historic residential house located at 1077 <br />North 9th Street. CDBG funds would be used to repair the plumbing <br />and flooring in the historic dwelling. <br />10. Daniel S. and JoAnn Norman, 543 East "F" Street, "Historic <br />Residential Restoration," $15,000: The applicants are the owners - <br />occupants of City Historic Landmark #11, a historic residential house <br />located at 543 East "F" Street. CDBG funds would be used for inside <br />repairs, exterior repainting, and rehabilitation of the front steps, roof, <br />and front porch flooring. <br />11. City of Colton -City Manager's Office (Historic Preservation Officer), <br />"Restoration of Concrete Picnic Tables & Benches at Cesar <br />Chavez Park -City Historic Landmark #49," $10,000: CDBG funds <br />will be used for the architectural restoration of the existing concrete <br />picnic tables and benches located at Cesar Chavez Park, 670 Colton <br />Avenue. The structures are a historic resource and are listed as <br />Historic Landmark #49 on the City's Historic Landmark Resource List. <br />
