In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for damage to your vehicle while parked in a City parking lot. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The City has no control over the parking lot and makes no <br />commitments to owners who wish to park their vehicles in this lot. <br />With the above in mind, we believe there is no legal liability for your damages on the <br />part of the City of Colton and we have recommended denial of your claim.
