This Ordinance would repeal provisions (3) and (4) and amend provisions (1) and (2) as follows: <br />(1) Do not come within 300 feet of any hospital, place of worship or school that is in <br />session; <br />(2) Are not used between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. <br />The changes to provisions (1) and (2) are consistent with applicable law regarding permissible <br />regulations for sound vehicles on public streets. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />1. Adopt Ordinance No. 0-18-02 amending Chapter 10.16 of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />2. Take no action. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 0-18-02 amending Chapter 10.16 <br />of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />Report Prepared By: Angelica Y.
