The cost of fuel stored at the plant site, if any. 4.7.13 The cost associated with contract payments under minimum or guazanteed payment provisions which aze determined by the Coordinating Committee to constitute fixed costs of fuel. 4.72 The fuel cost component of Total Monthly Power Costs for any Month shall consist of the cost of fuel budgeted for such Month as set forth in the fue] cost budget included in the Annual Bndget and not otherwise included under Section 4.7.1.1 hereof. 4.73 The Project A Indenture cost component of Total Monthly Power Cosu shall consist of: 4.73.1 The amount which SCPPA is required under the Project A Indenture to pay or deposit dwing such Month into any funds or accounts established by the Project A Indenture for Project A Debt Service and for any reserve requiremenu for Project A Bonds or reserve requ'vements established by the Coordinating Committee and approved by SCPPA's Boazd of D'vectors, including replenishment (the timing of which shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Agraement and the Project A Indenture) of any reserves drawn down as a result of a failure of a Project A Participant to pay all or any portion of its share of Project A Monthly Power Costs; provided, however, such amounts shall not include amounts included in a Step-Up Invoice or Default Invoice as provided in Section 15.11 or Section 153 hereof for which SCPPA has received payment, or other payments received by SCPPA in accordance with Section 15 and used to replenish such reserves. 4.73.2 The amount which SCPPA is required to pay or deposit during such Month into any fund or account established by the Project A Indenture or otherwise for the payment of interest on notes or on other evidences of indebtedness issued in anticipation of the issuance of Project A Bonds. 4.7.3.3 One-twelfth of the amount (not otherwise included under any item in this Section 4.73 or in Section 4.7.1 or Section 4.72 hereafl which SCPPA is required under the Project A Indenture to pay or depasit during such Power Supply Year into any other fund or account established by the Project A Indenture, and shall include, without limitation, any amounts required to make up a deficiency in any fund or account required or permitted by the Project A Indenhue whether or not resulting from a default in payments by any Project A Participant of amounts due under the Power Sales Agreement entered into by such Project A Participant; provided, however, such amounts shall not include amounts included in a 45049822.18 (PSA Project A)
