responding to service calls created by disturbances of the peace is attached to this report <br />as Exhibit "A" and copies have been made available for public review, as required by law. <br />In order to establish the calculated fee, the City Attorney's office has prepared a proposed <br />resolution for adopting new charges for various Police and Code Enforcement services <br />provided by the City. The resolution sets the amount of the service fee at $30 per hour, <br />billed at one-quarter hour increments, for responding to public nuisances created by <br />repeated disturbances of the peace.
