Vernon Construction Management Agreement <br />June 4, 2002 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Environmental Imoact <br />The City is responsible for the performance of any required environmental review for the various <br />public improvement projects prior to their construction. Approving the Construction Management <br />Agreement will not result in any environmental impact. <br />Consistency with Redevelopment Implementation Plan <br />Section 3.6.5 of the Agency Implementation Plan states that the Agency is to construct public <br />improvements necessary to support private development by investing upwards of $3 million in <br />projects which were designated by the Citizens Advisory Committee. <br />Recommendation <br />Agency Board approve Resolution No. 802 approving the Mt. Vernon Corridor Public Works <br />Projects Funding and Construction Management Agreement by and between the City of <br />Colton and the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton substantial in the form as <br />attached hereto and authorize the Executive Director to execute any necessary documents <br />related to. <br />2. City Council approve a Resolution approving the Mt. Vernon Corridor Public Works Projects <br />Funding and Construction Management Agreement by and between the City of Colton and <br />the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton substantive in form and content to that <br />attached hereto. <br />Exhibits <br />Exhibit "A" - Proposed Mt.
