The <br />police report indicates you were in violation of Vehicle Code 22350 — unsafe speed for <br />conditions. In addition, a Public Works Supervisor visited the scene shortly after your <br />collision with the barricade and indicated that at a speed of 35 mph he was able to see <br />the sign and stop before hitting anything.
