The police <br />report indicates the crosswalk is adjacent to your house and your son uses the same <br />crosswalk every day on his way to school. The report goes on to state that Mark looked <br />to his left prior to stepping into the crosswalk and saw the vehicle approaching but <br />thought he could safely cross before the vehicle reached the crosswalk.
