Deaz Amer: Purkiss Rose-RSI is wriring this coaespondence in response to your request that the design team review the:original proposal and examines the possibility of reducing the Scope of Services and Fee Schedule'identified in the proposa( dated Marcfi'14, 2002. This request was gener�ted during a meeting in your office with you and Ron Kenny on Thursday, April 11, 2002 at the Civic Center Annex Building. During the April 11 meeting, a number of issues were discussed, suggesting items that could be reduced or omitted from the scope, which in turn would reduce the fees. Purkiss Rase-RSI has evaluated and considered the your suggestions and would like to identify those services and fees which could be either reduced or omitted. We have attached the Revised Scope of Services and Cost _�� Quotation, dated April 17, 2002 for your review. q.Ar � Purkiss Rose-RSI and the design team have either revised or modiHed the original Scope of Services and Fee Schedule as follows: Services in Phase I: 1. At the request ofthe City, we reduced the number ofBase map Alternatives from two to One (1) only. _ This of course reduced the fee for that service. � ,arn ;,r 2. We placed the Geotechnical Services in PhaseQI. Transferred from Phase II. No impact to fees. As requested, we identiSed the number of ineetings and deliverables at the end ofPhase I. We reduced the number ofineetings with City stafffrom Two (2) to One (1) meeting. This of course reduced the fees for meetings.
