This request was gener�ted during a <br />meeting in your office with you and Ron Kenny on Thursday, April 11, 2002 at the Civic Center <br />Annex Building. <br />During the April 11 meeting, a number of issues were discussed, suggesting items that could be <br />reduced or omitted from the scope, which in turn would reduce the fees. Purkiss Rase-RSI has <br />evaluated and considered the your suggestions and would like to identify those services and fees <br />which could be either reduced or omitted. We have attached the Revised Scope of Services and Cost <br />_�� Quotation, dated April 17, 2002 for your review. q.Ar � <br />Purkiss Rose-RSI and the design team have either revised or modiHed the original Scope of Services <br />and Fee Schedule as follows: <br />Services in Phase I: <br />1. At the request ofthe City, we reduced the number ofBase map Alternatives from two to One (1) <br />only. _ This of course reduced the fee for that service. <br />� ,arn ;,r <br />2. We placed the Geotechnical Services in PhaseQI. Transferred from Phase II. No impact to fees. <br />As requested, we identiSed the number of ineetings and deliverables at the end ofPhase I. We <br />reduced the number ofineetings with City stafffrom Two (2) to One (1) meeting.
