All services noted in the Bid Administration Phase, with the exception of the design team's participation in the Pre-Bid Conference, have been omitted as sepazate services. The remaining services noted in the original Scope of Services will be included as part of the project with no additional fees assigned to those particular services. This item generated a reduction in fees. Services in Phase V: At the request of the City, the design team omitted the construction Management Services from this phase. This item generated a reduction in fees. 2. As requested, we identified the number of ineetings at the end of Phase V. Services in Phase VI: 1. This Phase and fee schedule was omitted from the proposal. We have included the services within Phase V with no additional fees noted. The attached Cost Quotation Eachibit has been revised to reflect the modifications identified in the Revised Scope of Services.
