SC�P� OF SE�tVICES/OVERVIEW <br />REVISED-APRIL 17, 2002 <br />Our scope of service augments the scope as presented in the Request For Proposal. Our plan <br />includes design development, construction documents, project bid administration, and construction <br />observation and support services. <br />Presented below is our general outline for our scope of services. <br />PHASE I - PROJECT LAYOUT <br />A. Project Definition and Refine Project Design Program. <br />• Meeting between the design team, City of Colton staff, and Big League Dreams <br />Operations to review time line. <br />• Confirm scope of the project, project design approach, project schedule, review <br />existing Big League Dreams projects, and establish meeting and presentation <br />calendaz. <br />• Review information regarding the City of Colton design requirements, City <br />standazds for lighting, paving, site amenities, sign-age, etc. Review current <br />Environmental Documents and Reports, future service and utility extensions, <br />planned suaounding land uses, etc. <br />• Review on site conditions and surrounding development. Review the proposed <br />project site for opportunities and constraints concerning the planned site <br />development. <br />B. Topographic Survey: Develop a topographic survey at 1"=50' with one foot contours and <br />properiy lines. <br />C. Base Sheet Prepazation: Utilizing the Big League Dreams Sports Complex Concept Site <br />Plan, the new topographic survey map and aerial survey, and input data for the City staff <br />the design team shall prepare One (1) fmal base map. <br />D. Submit the final base map site plan to the City staff and Big League Dreams for review, <br />comments and approval. The final base map site plan will identify the proposed site <br />improvements, pazking azeas, buildings and ball felds. Ali detailed site improvements <br />will be identified in the Schematic Site Plan noted in Phase II. <br />E. Provide Geotechnical Soils Investigation and Recommendations Report for the project <br />site. <br />
