SCOPE OF SERVICES/OVERVIEW MEETINGS: One (1) meeting (total) with City staff and Big League Dreams is included in Phase I. DELIVER:IBLES: Deliverables for Phase I include One (1) final base map site plan identifying the general proposed site improvements. PHASE II - SCHEMATIC SITE PLAN DESIGN A. Prepare Agronomic Horticultural Suitability Report with Recommendations for the project site. B. Based on Ciry staff and Big League Dreams input, refine and modify the final base map to prepare One (1) Schematic Site Plan which would include all landscape azchitectural, site planning and azchitectural elements based on the input received from City staff and the Big League Dreams Staff. The Schematic Site Plan Design would identify all site improvements. C. One (1) Schematic Site Plan review meeting with City Staff and Big League Dreams staff will be scheduled and will include review of construction materials and proposed site improvements. These improvements will include landscaping, field turf mixtures, irrigation equipment, lighting equipment, benches, picnic tables, paving Types and concrete colors, parking azeas, walkways and other site amenities. D. Develop a rough grading plan for the project site to accommodate the proposed improvements. Services to include erosion control plans and their related costs. It is our understanding that this is a"Public Works" construction contract which wiil require the project be in compliance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works construction. E. Review the Schematic Site Plan to coordinate proposed service and utility needs for future City recreational development within the surrounding land uses. F. Present the Schematic Site Plan to the City staffand Big League Dreams for final approval. Present the Schematic Site Plan to the City's Design Review Committee; a joint meeting of the Pazks and Recreation Commission and the Planning Commission and the City Council. Revisions or modifications to the final Schematic Site Plan, which would be requested by the Big League Dreams staff, the City's Design Review Committee, City Commissions or the City Council, would be considered additional services and would be completed at the hourly rates identified in this proposal.
