SCOPE OF SERVICES/OVERVIEW <br />G. Prepaze an itemized opinion of probable cost based on the approved Schematic Site Plan. <br />MEETINGS: <br />Two (2) meetings (total) with CiTy staff and Big League Dreams and Three (3) <br />presentations (total) with the City Design Review Committee; joint Pazks and Recreation <br />Commission and Planning Commission meeting and the City Council aze included in <br />Phase II. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Deliverables for Phase II include One (1) Original, Colored Schematic Site Plan mounted <br />on foam core boazd, three (3) copies ofthe Schematic Site Plan (black and white), One (1) <br />materials boazd indicating proposed site improvement materials and four (4) copies of the <br />Schematic Site Plan construction cost estimate. <br />PHASE III - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />A. Based on the City Council approved Schematic Site Plan, conshuction cost estimate and <br />the site development design program, prepaze a11 construction documents for Bidding and <br />Construction implementation. These construction documents for the project site will <br />include the following: <br />• Topographic site map. <br />• Demolition plans. <br />• Grading and drainage plans. <br />• Service and utility plans. <br />• Site construction plans for horizontal control <br />• Construction details for paving, walls, fencing, sign-age, asphalt, etc. <br />• Architectural plans for Stadium Club, Administration Office Building, Maintenance <br />Building with design and layout based on the completed building structures for the <br />Big League Dreams, Redding project construction documents. Architectural plans <br />would inciude floor plans, sections and elevations. <br />• Architectural plans for the Multi-Sports Pavilion structure with design and layout <br />based <br />on the vinyl fabric Pavilion structure for the Big League Dreams, Chino Hills <br />construction documents.
