ALTERNATIVES: <br />1. Approve settlement agreement, if all issues are resolved by May 21, 2002, and take <br />the appeal hearing off calendar. <br />2. Continue the public hearing to June 4, 2002 to allow further work on the potential <br />settlement. <br />3. Disapprove the settlement agreement and continue the hearing on the merits of the <br />appeal to June 4, 2002. <br />4.
