The Wastewater Utility Manager has informed us <br />they were never called to investigate or to clear a blockage in the City main. He then <br />called Rescue Rooter to inquire about your problem and was told the blockage was not in <br />the City's main line, but in your lateral. <br />Based on our findings, we find no legal liability on the part of the City of Colton.
