The <br />claim you recently submitted has been assigned to the undersigned for handling; please <br />address all inquiries to my attention. <br />We have completed our investigation into your claim by reviewing your claim and the <br />departmental report for this incident. We have been advised by the City Water Utilities <br />Manager that they have not changed the water pressure within the past twelve years. <br />Based on our findings, we find no legal liability on the part of the City of Colton.
