ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />The proposed public improvements are Exempt under Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT <br />An amount of $134,405.00 for this project was authorized by the City Council at the regularly <br />scheduled Council Meeting of May 7, 2002.
