ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />The proposed public improvements are Exempt under Section 15301 of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT <br />An amount of $250,000 from past years' Traffic Congestion Relief Fund has been previously <br />approved by Council for the two Reche Canyon traffic signals; an additional $120,000 of RDA <br />Bond funds was authorized for the Hunts Lane/Cooley Lane signal. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council authorize the Award of Contract for the Traffic <br />Signalization Project: Reche Canyon Road/Topanga Way, Reche Canyon RoadlShane Drive, and <br />Hunts Lane/Cooley Lane to the Lowest Responsible Bidder, based on this report and the written <br />supplemental report to be distributed at the City Council Meeting. <br />Attachment: Exhibit "A" Proposed Project Timeline - Revised <br />Report prepared by Dusty Dappen, Engineering Tech II <br />TEAM ONLY <br />Attorney: YW>sJ �lti D (( Finance Director 14 <br />Manager: .4 # _/,aj3 P /C¢-- OTHER: <br />
