We have received our departmental report as regards your client's claim <br />for injuries. <br />The sidewalk in question was caused to be raised due to a tree belonging not to the City <br />but to Joseph Quinlan, 183 West Las Flores, Arcadia, California, 91007, 626/967-9747. <br />Additionally, the City did not have notice of this raised sidewalk. <br />With the above in mind we are recommending the City deny your client's claim.
