Recommend policies along with other commissions to the city council for the <br />development and implementation of new community facilities districts and assessment districts within <br />the city; <br />B. Recommend policies to the city council related to the operation, use and management <br />of existing and future community facilities districts and assessment districts within the city; <br />C. Assist the city manager by submitting a proposed annual budget for the operation of <br />existing community facilities districts and assessment districts to the city manager's office." <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the <br />same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of <br />general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California, and the Ordinance shall take effect <br />thirty (30) days after its enactment in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2003. <br />1 ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
