In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for damages caused by driving through a pothole. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The area of your encounter with thei pothole was repaired soon <br />after your driving through the area. The City had no notice there was a problem with <br />potholes in this area at the time you The <br />through; without notice of a condition there is <br />no legal liability on the part of the City. <br />With the above in mind, we have recommended denial of your claim.
