Prior to beginning this project, they sent out flyers to residents <br />and paid for public announcing on television advising residents of this project. With the <br />notice given to citizens with the flyers and the public service announcements on <br />television, there was adequate notice given. <br />With the above in mind, we have recommended denial of your claim.
