June 24, 2003 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Our company is a neighbor of Colton Disposal, on Steel Road in Colton. From <br />the time they purchased the land and built their facility nearby, they have <br />remained a good neighbor. <br />It is our understanding that Colton Disposal's current project will involve <br />adding mixed municipal solid waste to their already approved waste stream of <br />1950 tons per day of recyclable materials. We are also aware that their <br />project involves no increase in truck traffic beyond what was previously <br />approved to handle the maximum tonnage. <br />Based on our observations of Colton Disposal's operation and our understanding <br />of their proposed project, we support their efforts. <br />Administrator <br />Taco Tia, Inc. <br />
