The pevEDU rate that CITY will charge CSA -152-C for reserved capacity in <br />VTP per the teats of this Agreement will be the standard rate that CITY normally charges <br />of Colton users. <br />NOW, THEREF0RA the Parties agree to the following: <br />1. Furse and stent. The purpose of this Agreement is for CITY to reserve <br />ent capacity in the WTP to accept wastewater from CSA -152-C which has as its source <br />gbgro�c Community.
