FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The City would receive a $100,000 non-refundable payment upon execution of the <br />agreement. The City would also receive $6,818,000 over the next 8 years. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. The City's Wastewater Treatment Plant and facilities contain sufficient capacity to <br />accommodate the proposed reservation. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST — (Gift Disclosure Requirements) <br />Eastbridge Partners, William A. Shopoff, President <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the financial terms of the Agreement in <br />concept and direct the City Manager and City Attorney to negotiate additional, non - <br />substantive changes as required.
